The best injection machine for producing bumpers!
A large auto parts manufacturer in Taiwan that we have been working with for decades asked us to improve the process and facilities for significantly optimizing production efficiency and reducing defect rates.
Throughout discussions, CLF's TWII-series injection machines are selected to fulfill the bumpers' production conditions and limits. The TWII-series features a high-rigidity external toggle design in its structure, which reduces platen deformation. Adding the customized extending mold opening stroke, makes it suitable for producing longer, wider, or deeper products. The finished products' surface precision and quality stability can also be well maintained.

In terms of quality control, the product weight error is within 0.5%. The finished products' defective rate is greatly reduced with the use of automation systems.
