The first highly customized four-color injection machine in Taiwan was announced!
The recipe of cooperating with Taiwan's leading car lighting manufacturer is CLF R&D team's professional technology and rich experience. Bearing the spirit of innovation and challenge, we set out to develop and produce Taiwan's first highly customized four-color injection machine.
The injection requirements from Taiwan's largest car light manufacturer:
- The clamping force is higher than 1600 tons.
- The diameter of the rotation table is higher than 2200 mm.
- The three-color injection machine length shall be shorter than a 1600-ton model.
- The customized injection machine must be capable of handling production with two- to four-color mold. That means the machine can opertate with 180-/120-/90-degree rotation tables.
- The location of the fourth color injection base is selectable.
- The distance between the first and the second injection can be moved within a range.
Based on the conditions above, we adopted a two-platen mold closing system to shorten the machine length for this highly customized four-color injection machine.
Considsering the core's loading capacity and the rotation table's rotation limits, our special design minimizes the roration table sinking distance.
Furthermore, the European-standard controller and programming system allow customers to program for a production with two- to four-color molds based on the needs.
This machine is fully developed by CLF in half year, including delopment, wood mold, casting parts, assemble and testing. Finally, customer's finished product was successfully made in the T0 stage! Besides the test results that successfully met customer needs, we also set the shortest time record between R&D and first test results! This success brings us more order to deliver injection machines in various specifications.
