New record! The shortest cycle time of producing a pallet in Taiwan!

In the early days, the mold's cooling system design was not in the priority of design. This causes a 150-second typical cycle time because it takes 100 seconds to cool down the mold.
Recently, production cycle time becomes a key figure among fierce competition. The pallet manufacturer we cooperate with set a target to shorten production cycle time while maintaining the product quality.
Based on the customer's needs, CLF adopts a two-platen the injection machine - TPII series. This 3500-ton TPII maching comes with a mold cooling system that employs beryllium copper and enhanced cooling pipeline design to deliver a higher heat dissipation efficiency. The adjustments significantly shorten the production cycle time.
Besides increasing the material storage speed, the injection machine also requires multiple systems to handle material storage, mold opening, and simultaneous inserts/pins movement to tackle the upcoming challenges of cooling time being lower than material storage time.
This machine's additional features are:
