Outward toggle type mold-clamping features minimum deformation of mold platen and accurate flatness.

The pillar clamping unit adopts a synchronized top and bottom mechanism design to ensure fast clamping speed and smooth operations.

The high-rigidity machine wall and extended moving template slide seat enable smoother mold open-close operation and allows heavier molds.

The diagonally configured cylinders deliver a rapid mold open-close operation with a powerful, balanced, and swift force application.

The direct-pressure 4-cylinder pillar mold locking system delivers uniform force distribution on the machine wall and minimizes mold deformation. The mold can be adjusted more precisely and rapidly.

The injection unit’s precision linear track support and guidance feature advantages including low friction, high precision, and smooth operations.

(Optional) The servo energy-saving system and high-efficiency electric plasticizing system achieve energy savings and carbon reduction.

The Austrian OPCUS-supported KEBA programmable high-performance controllers enable customer to implement them into its digital system.
